Consignor Information

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to decline any items inappropriate, damaged, or stained.  If it cannot be returned upon receiving, it will be placed in a free pile or donated.

q Item Limit: We are getting so full that we need to limit the number of items you can consign to 200. Please select your best items to bring. The limit will help us to display each item without overfilling racks and tables.  

q Item: No Pokemon, Harry Potter, YuGiOh or Power Rangers items. No stuffed animals. No maternity clothes. Do not rubber band hangers together.  Limit of 0-6 month baby clothes to 25 items.  Limit VHS tapes to 10 and they can only be PG or G rated. 

q Volunteering: Opportunities to volunteer are available Mon.- Sat. the week of the sale. Help on Saturday is especially needed. We have to schedule a certain number of volunteer slots each day. Sign up early to get the times and days you need. Please keep your scheduled hours unless you have confirmed a change with the volunteer coordinator. Shop early by volunteering, even if you do not consign.

q Consignment Percentage: For volunteers working 4+ hours, 20% of the selling price will be donated to the Outreach Ministries (40% for all others). The money is used for various charities supported by the Outreach Ministry. Please note that you have the option of increasing the percentage that you would like to donate (which is tax deductible). Thank you for your contribution!

q Clothing/Drop off: All clothes are to be put on correct racks by the consignor.  It helps if clothes are bundled by size and gender for quicker drop off.  Toys to be taken to the toy room and they will be placed by a volunteer.  All items will be inspected and if an item is rejected, it will be placed on a reject rack.  The consignor will have until Friday to either 1) take the item back, 2) mark the item down with a notation on the tag (new tag must be written) or 3) donate the item. 

q Meals: Meals will be provided for volunteers who are working during the following times: Saturday 7:30 am and 11:00 to 12:30pm. 

q Pick up Items: You must return between 2:15 and 3:15pm to pick up unsold items or they will be donated. We are not responsible for items after 3:15pm. 

q Lost or incorrectly tagged items are not our responsibility. We are careful to minimize these situations, but we ask that you be gracious with us in this matter. Items without tags will be on the LOST TAG table near the check out. These items will not be sold. Please check this area when you pick up your things. 

q Checks will be mailed to all consignors within one month of the sale. Make sure we have your proper address in our database when you drop off items on Thursday. Or you can change your information on the website. Go to Change my Consignor Info for any updates needed.

q Shopping for Consignors: Consignors may shop prior to the sale on Friday 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.. Consignors please do not bring any children under the age of 10 to this sale.

q Shopping for Volunteers: Volunteers are invited to shop at a special time prior to the preview sale. You may shop from 3:30 to 5 p.m. on Friday. Please save your shopping urges until Friday at 3:30 p.m. Volunteers, please do not bring any children under the age of 10 to this sale.  Do not stock pile items prior to the volunteer shopping time. If you are working on Friday evening, please pay for your items and remove them from the building. This avoids lost items and confusion to shoppers and sorters.
