Spring sale is February 27th.
RSVP sign ups begin on Jan 14 and will end on Jan 31st. Volunteer sign ups can begin now. Remember that spaces will fill up quickly.
Due to many issues and problems that have risen over the last few sales, changes have been made in order to protect and help our mission, consignors, and volunteers. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience while we try to make things better for everyone. We, as leaders, are ALL volunteers for this sale, working towards a mission to help families and children in need within our community. We appreciate all your help toward our mission and goals, because without your support, this would not be possible. THANK YOU!
Changes:
1) Times for the sale have changed. Sat times are now 8-11am and the half price sale is from 12:30-2pm. Please make note of this. Pick up times for consignors will be from 2-3pm.
2) Volunteer hours: We have added some time on some days but please make note that the min amount of time is 4 hours with ONLY being able to split up into 2 hour increments ( not a 1 and 3 hour) . On Saturday, if you are working until 11, you may stay for lunch, but if not working further, you will not be able to shop for half price early.
3) Consignors: Any tags altered will NOT be sold. Must have a new tag in order to be sold. All reject rack items will be taken care of on Friday or will be marked down by leadership team or donated to the mission.
4) for pick up on Sat: Items will not be separated for the consignors to pick up unless we have the volunteers to do so.
